 Undergraduate Application Process + FAQs

OTS has a rolling admissions policy, which means programs may fill prior to application deadlines.

Application Account Created

You will be notified by email that your application account has successfully been created.

Application Submitted

You will be notified by email once you have successfully submitted your application for an OTS course or program through our online system. You will receive notification if your application is incomplete or has any missing information prior to the application deadline.

Review + Evaluation

A committee from our education team will review and evaluate your application.

Final Decision

You will be notified of your acceptance or declination no later than one week after your entire application is submitted.


All accepted semester program applicants must send a deposit of $1000 within three weeks of their date of acceptance. Instructions will be provided along with the acceptance letter. No deposit is required for summer program applicants.


All accepted applicants will receive a scholarship application by email, along with instructions. Scholarship applications are due three weeks from the date of acceptance.

Do I need to login to be able to start my application?

Yes, you will need to login or create a new account to be able to submit your completed application.

When will a decision be made about my application?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We typically will review and evaluate completed applications within one week of being submitted. However, we guarantee that all applications will be reviewed and evaluated by one week after the application deadline.

When will I receive email notification for my incomplete application?

Currently, OTS policy is to send email reminders to students with incomplete applications 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week, and 1 day prior to the application deadline.

What if I am unsure if I meet the pre-requisites for a program?
